Well Blended

It's the day after the showcase and I am home and sleepy and pretty happy.
As always, I am happy to be on the other side of something I have been stressing about.  That moment when I get to slip into bed,  pull the covers up to my chin and exhale is heavenly.
It went really well and I want to thank evryone who showed up for the amazing energy in the room. 
Without that energy there is nothing. 
There were 45 people from Verve records there so it was an important that the show went well.
The band really came through.  They are all so incredible and it feels great to hear it all really coming together in such a short period of time. 
Thanks for the Standing O on WAITING FOR THE FALL.  Means the world to me. 

It's a clear, sunny, perfect fall day.  I wish I had the energy to do some yard work.  But I feel a bit drained and all I want to do is sip something hot and snuggle in a sweater on a comfy couch.
It's been a busy month. I think I've earned a lazy snuggle.
