"It was so much fun to rework some of the Christmas arrangements to fit TOSOM and to have everyone singing with me. I think the show was a great mix of styles, and I can't wait to do it again next year. We had such incredible audience response. Double encores and we always left feeling that the audience wanted to keep bringing us back out on stage."

Times have be tough for many people... so we thought what better time than now to enjoy a little Christmas! Nothing brightens a mood quite like the holiday spirit! Even though the coming holidays aren't too far away, it's fun to look back. And Christmas 2008 brought with it a new show for Linda's fans! "Linda Eder Rocks The Holidays" had a different flavor than in year's past because Linda was accompanied by the TOSOM band. Here's what many of you had to say.

Robert Borgies from Massachusetts writes…
I just had to write something about this show because I was so blown away! My partner had seen Linda perform live before, but this was my first time. All I can say is… WOW! I loved every minute! The band she had with her is so very talented, and they really rocked the house. Linda's voice was so pure and clear as she hit every note whether she was belting out a number or being soft and gentle. She is one performer I enjoy who does not need the tricks of a recording studio to enhance her performance. Her voice is just perfect all by itself unlike most other singers today. I can't wait to see Linda perform again.

John Moore from Massachusetts writes…
I am an older fan and I wasn't sure I was going to like Linda Eder's Christmas concert. I almost didn't buy tickets when I heard it was going to be more of a rock band behind her this time because I am religious and very traditional in my ways. I sure am glad I changed my mind! The whole thing was wonderful! Hearing Linda sing so beautifully and perfectly the songs I love made me forget about what kind of band it was. It really didn't matter. It was Linda Eder after all! Thank you for making my holiday special, Linda Eder.

Margie Beckman from Connecticut writes…
I attended your Christmas show in Boston a few weeks ago. I try to attend one of your Christmas shows every year if it is at all possible. I am always happy when you sing my favorite Christmas songs, and you never fail to disappoint me at my most favorite holiday of the entire year, Christmas. I especially like the song that you wrote, although I don't know the title. You helped to make my Christmas special and memorable with your music, and I hope you had a wonderful holiday also. I hope you know that you bring joy to a lot of people in this world with your music.

Sandra O'Connor from Massachusetts writes…
Christmas has always been my most favorite time of the year. When Linda Eder put out a Christmas CD a few years ago, a friend gave it to me as a Christmas gift. I already wore that one out and had to buy another one. In fact, I bought two more in case something happens to the second one. I can't live without it in December or even November or January. I can't start playing it soon enough and then I can't stop playing it when Christmas is over! For the second time, I was able to attend Linda's Christmas show, this time in Boston. When I hear her sing these songs live, it takes me to a different place. It's hard to describe the feeling. Her delivery is filled with such emotion and expression, and nobody does it the way she does. I liked the band too this time. They were really having a lot of fun playing the Christmas songs.

Robert Daley from Illinois writes…
To Linda Eder, I love your voice! It's so hard to put into words how I felt after attending your Christmas concert this past December. I will try to do just that as best as I can. I am not a writer by any stretch of the imagination, and a voice such as yours really deserves a writer who can adequately describe your voice. I was impressed by the purity of your sound and the sensitivity of your delivery on the songs that required that. The songs that called for a more relaxed and fun delivery were done so well by you also. I never heard a singer who can sing every type of song like you can. It seems like everything is your specialty. On top of that, you are so personable on stage. Your audience can't help falling in love with you. I sure couldn't help myself, and my wife has loved you for years. I have her to thank for introducing me to you and bringing me to the best Christmas show I have ever seen!

Marge Winston from Illinois writes…
I attended your Christmas show in December as a present from my son. I have seen you once before and he knew how much I enjoyed it. I first discovered you on one of the talk shows quite a long time ago when I was visiting my son in Connecticut. I went out and bought one of your CDs, and I have loved your voice ever since that time. Your Christmas CD is my most favorite one of all of them. Your voice is magnificent and I never heard a voice quite like it. I have been around for a long time too… 83 years! I've heard many wonderful singers over the years, but none of them compare to you. Your voice comes right from God in heaven because that's the only way it could be so perfect. I believe God created you with a special gift and you are using that gift to bring happiness to others. Everything about your performance in the Christmas show was wonderful. I love the feelings that come through in the way you sing every word. Every song is meaningful to you and also to your audience.

Thank you for your Christmas music and also for making my holiday extra special with your beautiful voice.
